Featuring a ring of mountain-like peaks, this hat is named for the Caribou Mountains, a mountain range in northern Alberta. Surrounding a saucer shaped plateau, the mountains are located north-east of High Level, and directly west of Wood Buffalo National Park. Caribou Mountains Wildland Park contains fragile wetland and permafrost ecosystems, and is an important refuge for threatened woodland caribou and wood bison.

Approximately 140m/153yd, 80g/3oz of worsted weight hand spun yarn.

Needles

One set of five, 20cm/8”long, double pointed needles.

Optional: 40cm/16” circular needle and 4 stitch markers.

Suggested needle size: 4mm/US 6
